Contract Administration

Janes Surveying prepare detailed specifications and tender documentation.  Tenders can be submitted to clients own preferred contractors or to contractors with whom we have previously worked.

Janes Surveying are experienced in administrating building contracts, generally under the suite of JCT Standard Forms of Contract.  This will involve liaising with contractors, holding regular site meetings, inspecting and overseeing works, agreeing valuations for payment and co-ordinating other professionals.
 
Janes Surveying have established business relationships with associated constructional professionals, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Landscapers etc in the local area and further afield.
