Acting for those wanting to carry out work or adjoining owners affected by a building project, we specialise in party wall issues across London and the home counties. We act as the Building Owner's Surveyor, Adjoining Owner's Surveyor or often on an 'Agreed Surveyor' basis. We review proposals at an early stage and offer advice on how to ensure compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Depending upon the nature of our role, we can identify Owners who require Notices, progress discussion with Adjoining Owners and their appointed Surveyors both informally and formally, prepare Schedules of Condition, put Awards in place and resolve disputes and carry out final inspections to discharge the liability under any Awards.
